La Petite Artisanne was established in Montreal in 2006 by founder Rocio Gerkes with the vision of introducing the distinctive Peruvian delicacy chocoteja to the local community and its visitors. What began as a personal passion for fine sweets—strengthened by the encouragement of family and close friends—quickly evolved into a reputable artisan brand recognized for its unique chocolate creations.

Now proudly based in Toronto, we have refined and modernized our signature chocotejas, and packaging, presenting them with an elegant and contemporary aesthetic. Guided by customer feedback, we have also expanded our selection to include an array of new flavours and products, each designed to delight both long-time devotees and first-time chocolate enthusiasts.
